Rick was born and raised in upstate New York and has been a resident of the Ithaca area since 2001.  He worked and earned a graduate degree from Cornell University and has taught at SUNY Cortland and Tompkins-Cortland Community College. Rick and his wife are raising their family in their cherished 1850s farmhouse.

Outside the office, you can find Rick enjoying the local Finger Lakes Trails or hiking the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks. Rick is an avid collector of antiques, a passion dating back to his childhood, he’s collected everything from antique mouse traps to maple syrup taps. Rick joined Ithaca's local antique car club and is the President of the Spark Plug Collectors of America. In his spare time, Rick is currently restoring a 1974 MG Midget.

Rick’s previous experience and passion for local history and architecture led him to Real Estate in 2018.  In 2023 Rick became the newest member of the Kate Seaman Team at Warren Real Estate. His kind personality and professionalism make him a great fit in this industry.
