Rick was born and raised in upstate New York and has been a resident of the Ithaca area since 2001.  He worked and earned a graduate degree from Cornell University and has taught at Tompkins-Cortland Community College. Rick and his wife are raising their family in their cherished 1850’s farm house.

Rick has a passion for local history and loves the architectural details found in many of the older homes in upstate New York.  He is a member of both the Ithaca and Cortland Board of REALTORS® and has experience with renovations and owns rental property.  Rick brings real value to the table by working with a team of agents to find the house of your dreams as soon as it comes on the market, and an advertising campaign to provide your listing with the most exposure possible.
